This great tire cover is made with a heavy gauge black vinyl that has an elastic draw cord sewn into the back hem for easy installation. It is a universal fit tire cover, that fits tires with a diameter of up to 29.5 inches across. It's also UV-protected, water resistant and wipes clean with a damp cloth. Will not fit an oversized tire.
